Maya Wrap slings are uniquely versatile, comfortable, stylish, and all you need to simplify your life! The newly designed shoulder has a light cushion for comfort and ease, while the rails are unpadded for total adjustability. Fans say it is the perfect first sling for new baby wearers. The fabric is 100% hand-loomed cotton made by artisans in Guatemala working under fair-trade conditions. The Organic Maya Wrap Slings (not yet available) are sewn from GOTS Certified, 100% organic cotton sateen. The dyes used are free of heavy metals and other toxic substances. Hand loomed fabrics are cooler and more breathable than machine woven fabrics, and have just the right amount of give. They are also incredibly durable and soft which eliminates the need for bulky padding or double layers of fabric that can overheat baby. They get softer and squishier the longer you use them!

Sizing

Maya Wrap sling sizes are the same except for the length of the tail. They are available in three sizes - medium, large and x-large. We stock primarily large Maya Wraps, which are about 79" long and will fit most people, but most users can comfortably wear more than one size. Choose your size according to your preferred tail length but remember that the tail should go at least to your waist. If you would like to use the tail to cover yourself when breastfeeding the tail should extend at least to the top of your legs. Our model below would choose a size Large for discreet breastfeeding.
